Description : This Is The Flag Of The Hoa Hao Buddhist Religious Movement Based In Vietnam Along The Mekong River. The hoa Hao Were Established In 1939 As A More Simplified Version Of Buddhism Similar To The Protestant Religious Reformation In The 1500s. The Hoa Hao Were Fearlessly Anti French, Anti Japanese (During Vietnam's Occupation In WWII) And Anti Communist. After The Vietnam War Many Of The Hoa Hao Emigrated To The USA Where They Continue To Use This Flag (As Well As In Vietnam) And The Former South Vietnamese Flag. The Dark Colour Brown Is Used As A Because Of Its Important Way It Is Used. On Their Alters Is A Similar Colour Brown Cloth, Whilst On The Wall Is Placed The Brown Flag To Signify Where To Turn To Pray.
